Description
An 8 channel relay module designed as a low-level triggered 5V 10A relay applied to a wide range of microcontrollers such as Arduino, AVR, PIC, ARM, PLC, Raspberry Pi. This relay is usually used to drive high-power electronic devices and is used to control high voltage with a low voltage by connecting with the microcontroller. 8 channel relay module works with both 3.3 V and 5V logic with a less current drive. In this, LED indicates the relay status whereas the red LED refers to the error in the relay circuit. This module has both optical and magnetic isolation, thus ensuring protection to the inputs from electrical faults on output. It has a wide range of applications such as MCU control, industrial sector, PLC control, smart home control.
This Relay module is widely used to control various appliances and other types of equipment with large currents. This Relay output maximum contact is AC250V 10A and DC 5V 10A. One can easily connect a microcontroller with a standard interface directly to it. Â Each Relay consists of three connections – Common – C, Normally Open-NO, Normally Closed-NC connected via 3 pin screw terminals. This makes it easy to make and remove connections. The Power input and relay control signals are connected together to header pins on the board.
