A level shifter (level translator) in digital electronics is also referred to as logic-level shifter or voltage level translation. This circuit designed to translate signals from one logic level or voltage domain to a different one. Thus allowing compatibility between ICs with different voltage requirements, like TTL and CMOS. This Level Converter- 4 channel bi-directional allows safe and straightforward communication between devices operating at different logic levels.
