ISD1760 is a playback module consisting of an onboard microphone and a voice recording IC with 75 sec of audio playback. This module is is compatible with all ISD1760 series families that can be applied to all series chips, with simple and full functional characteristics. ISD1760 Module is defined as highly integrated and high-performance chips with multi-segment recording at an adjustable sampling rate from 4k to 12k at a varying power supply of 2.4V to 5.5V. The LED indication is provided every few seconds to alert the user for new recordings. Apart from it, there are 4 modes of sound to prompt user operating results.ie start reading, stop reading, erase, and erase all next to one, and so on.
Flash chip is used to store data without any compression. In SPI mode, the user function more on-chip address and power are less consumed by automatically entering to power-down mode. Analog channel configuration register used for reading and writing memory addresses on the playback. Moreover, the recording data is stored without any compression in the FLASH chip. Hence offers better sound quality and power storage.
This playback module chip consists of two independent audio signal input channels, microphone input, and analogue signal inputs. In the independent key mode, as soon as the operation is completed, a functional chip automatically enters the power-down mode to reduce power consumption. And also the 2.54mm spaced male pin headers in the module allow easy interfacing with the microcontroller.
