SEN-PPI150 PP Vertical Magnetic Water Level Switch Liquid Level Switch Float Level Switch

SEN-PPI150 PP vertical magnetic water level switch design based on a mechanically actuated floating switch used to sense the level of liquid in a tank. These float switches designed to activate electrical components, such as pumps, to start and stop automatically by placing vertically in the water. Due to their high reliability, economical pricing, and easy installation these offer a wide range of applications.

A Float sensor defines as a simple water level indicator. This water level controller used in a pump, an indicator, an alarm, or other devices. It is actually a Magnetic float sensor with an electromagnetic ON/OFF switch that floats on top of a liquid surface. The float switch is to open or close a circuit as the liquid level rises or falls. Float switches designed as “normally opened, condition indicates that the two wires from the top of the switch form a complete circuit.

The float switch installations reduce the chance for the accumulation of dirt on the float that would prevent its motion. Therefore these Float switch materials designed to resist the deleterious effects of corrosive process liquids.  Moreover, the liquid with high viscosity cannot be measured. In case if the pressure inside of the tank is high or the liquid’s specific gravity is low, the float will not operate. So these conditions not permitted for liquid level detection. Normally the float sensor failure occurs due to overloading, frequently caused by spiking voltage.
