The TOP258PN Off-Line Switcher IC is a highly integrated, energy-efficient power conversion IC designed for off-line AC-DC power supplies. Part of the TOPSwitchâ„¢-HX family, this device integrates a high-voltage power MOSFET, PWM controller, oscillator, thermal shutdown, and protection features into a single compact DIP package.
