The DC motor is a type of motor that may be utilized in a variety of DIY projects and tiny toys. These motors have a 3V-6V operational voltage range and may be powered by two AA batteries or a 5V USB power supply. They operate at a higher voltage than conventional toy motors, ranging from 4.5 to 9VDC instead of 1.5-4.5V. This range makes them ideal for use with an Motor Shield or an Arduino where 5 or 9V is more likely than a high current 3V configuration. They’ll fit in most devices with 130-size motors already installed, and two breadboard-friendly wires have already been soldered on for quick prototyping.
Applications:
- Small Toys.
- DIY Projects.
