Description

A U Slot Sensor HY860D is defined as Photoelectric Switch HY860D with a built-in bracket for easy mounting. An HY860D sensor module consists of an infrared emitter and a phototransistor, placed face-to-face on the optical axes. The module is enclosed in a leaded package so as to ensure protection for the sensor. During operation, the object is inserted into the gap between the emitter and sensor. Thus the output phototransistor switches from the ON state to the OFF state. HY860D offers a wide range of applications in the field of object detection and automatic counting, such as printers, scanners, copy machines, facsimile machines, vending machines, etc. This module features fast switching speed and non-contact switching makes it ideal for wide applications.
