Description

This Zigbee XBee Module S2C 802.15.4 2mW is designed with Wire Antenna XB24CZ7WIT-004. XBee 2mW Wire Antenna S2C, with updated series 2 version, Provides quick, robust communication in point-to-point, peer-to-peer, and multipoint/star configurations. Thereby offering ease of connectivity s, providing cost-effective wireless solutions for electronic device modules. XBee Module S2C XB24CZ7WIT-004  interoperable with other ZigBee feature set devices, including devices from other vendors. These are the ideal solution for applications requiring low latency and predictable communication timing.

This updated version (S2C) of the XBee ZigBee Series 2 module comes with an  EM357 transceiver. The EM357 transceiver features faster performance, lower current consumption, and have comparatively more RAM and Flash. These advanced features allow EM357-based modules to ensure more network traffic. Hence improved power consumption, more memory for code updates, and operation more efficiently. Thus provides an upgrade path to DigiMesh® or ZigBee® mesh protocols if desired. This XBee module, similar to the older version has 2 mm pin spacing. Thereby XBee 802.15.4 RF modules maximize performance and ease of development.
