This 3W LED Module High Power Module designed explicitly for Arduino. 3W High Power LEDs are brighter than standard incandescent and halogen light bulbs. And are perfect for automotive, industrial, home, and hobby applications. This LED power module offers a current of 700mA total for all 5 LEDs combined. Which means 700mA/5 = 140mA per led. Although all LEDs will light up but will be dim.
In order to lights up LED in full brightness, we need a power supply with at least 3.5A output capability. Moreover, it features super bright and high power and is compatible with Arduino. This power module operates at a forward voltage of 3.3V-3.6V with a luminous flux intensity of 180-200LM for White, Red 90-100LM (lumens), Green 80-90LM (lumens). This 3W power module comes with 3 pins integrated into a crystal socket, so using only an RJ11 cable you are able to connect the 3W LED module to the control board for communication.
This easy-to-use 3 watts LED module comes with an inbuilt driver transistor so there is no need of an external driver to control it. Using any pin of the Arduino the light can be turned ON/OFF, moreover using PWM you can even control its intensity. This LED Module works perfectly with other Microcontrollers and even with Raspberry Pi.
