These 40N03GP N-Channel Power Mosfet Transistor 30V 40A designed based on Advanced Power MOSFETs from APEC. 40N03GP is simply a three-terminal silicon device with, fast switching, low on-resistance and cost-effectiveness. These devices are compatible for low voltage applications such as DC/DC converters and high current DC switches. Moreover, 40N03GP feature minimum Lot-to-Lot variations for robust device performance and reliable operation.
40N03GP N-Channel Power Mosfet Transistor manufactured in TO-220 package that is universally accepted for all commercial-industrial applications. 40N03GP provides a Drain Source Voltage of 30V at a drain current 40A. These MOSFET Transistors designed explicitly to achieve extremely low on-resistance per silicon area and lower gate charge performance. This feature makes this device ideal for use as a primary switch in advanced high-efficiency isolated DC-DC converters.
