Description
An adjustable power module with 12A 24V, 12V LED with constant current charging consists of a dedicated IC and high precision sampling resistor generating an output current of 12A. It consists of 4 high-frequency capacitance, reducing the output ripple factor and improves stability. Fixed turns the lamp current constant value of 0.1 times when the charging used to identify whether the battery full. Also, High efficiency and low heat absorption achieved by the copper wire and dual heat sink design. This module consists of two LED indicators to determine the charging (light red) and fully charged (light green). By the constant adjustment of the 3296 potentiometers, the output voltage regulated about 5V with high accuracy and good stability. Thus by the constant adjustment of the potentiometer output voltage reaches the float voltage.
These modules have their application in high power LED drivers, LED display drivers, rechargeable lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, car power supply, battery charging, low voltage systems, etc. Moreover, this power module designed with a Dual heat sink. In which MOS tube Schottky diodes separate heat sinks, independently of each other. The voltage and current adjusted in this module, with an adjustable power rate of 8A current. It should be made sure that you need to charge the battery float voltage and charging current, the input voltage of the module.
