Description
PAM8403 digital amplifier board is a 2 channel 3W, class D audio amplifier offering low THD+N. It allows the device to drive the speaker directly, requiring no low pass output filters. As a result, save the system cost and PCB area. This module operates at a voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V. This makes it ideal for adding the audio capability to our MP3, MP4 player. PAM8403 audio amplifier offers high efficiency and high-quality sound reproduction. PAM8403 is a Filterless module, as a result it offers low Quiescent Current and low EMI. With the same no of external components, the PAM8403Â digital amplifier board performs much better than class-AB amplifiers.
PAM8403 audio amplifiers are available as SOP -16 pin packages. A 0.47uf ceramic capacitor reduces the noise caused by the power supply coupling into the output drive signal. This module offers a high life expectancy of up to 15 years make it suitable for battery and portable electronics products. These are also used for a long time steady usage as it features low harmonic distortion. PAM8403 provides a high amplification efficiency of 85% makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.
