This Temperature-controlled thermostat switch widely used to control the heating/cooling of an object. This is performed with the help of the NTC sensor to detect the temperature. This STC-1000 220V AC All-Purpose Digital Temperature Controller Thermostat Module offers high accuracy and précised measurements at a low cost. This module consists of two output ports where the equipment connected to heat or cool the test system.
It offers a high-temperature control precision of 0.1℃ with an accuracy of ±1°C (-50 – 70°C). It is capable of measuring temperature over the range -50℃ to 99℃ performed by NTC sensors. NTC Thermistors defined as non-linear resistors, that vary their resistance characteristics with temperature. Thus the NTC resistance will decrease as the temperature increases. The on-board LED display shows the temperature results clearly. This module used in a wide range of applications as it can be directly installed or embed in industrial control equipment panels, more conveniently and quickly.
Moreover, it features a stainless steel material probe of length 1m which makes it waterproof and is anticorrosive. And also all the delicate and sensitive components related to the module enclosed in ABS flame retardant housing as environmental protection. This module controls the temperature by setting the temperature setting value and the difference value, and thus Temperature calibration performed. Finally, the Auto Switch on the module switches the modes between cool and heat.
