These 2SK2655 N-Channel enhancement mode power field-effect transistors designed based on Silicon N Channel MOS Type. 2SK2655 is simply a three-terminal silicon device with, high-speed high current switching applications. These devices are compatible for high-efficiency switching DC/DC converters, switch-mode power supplies, also active power supply correction, electronic lamp ballast-based n half-bridge topology . Moreover, 2SK2655 feature minimum Lot-to-Lot variations for robust device performance and reliable operation.
